Group Fitness


In-Person Fitness Classes (highlighted in green on schedule below)

  • Registration is required for in person classes
  • Ages 12 and older are welcome (ages 12 to 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
  • Bring a mat, towel and water bottle
  • Classes are open to members and non-members (non-member fees apply)
  • Class offerings and sizes are limited due to governors orders 
  • The instructor will perform a check in at the start of each class
  • No sharing equipment
  • Social distancing is required
  • Masks must be worn at all times (regardless of exercise intensity)
