Electric Vehicle (EV) drivers have the option to save on charging costs if charging in off peak hours. This pricing plan requires the installation of a separate paralleled meter service by a certified electrician.
On & Off Peak Electric Vehicle Rates
On-peak hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Off-peak hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:01 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. and Friday 7:01 p.m. to Monday 6:59 a.m.

- The City of Chaska does not allow deduct metering.
- A bypass meter socket is required for the new meter.
